Lezayre Tea Rooms, Glen Duff, Ramsey, Isle Of Man, IM7 2at
Permission was granted for the erection of a new dwelling and a replacement shed at Lezayre Tea Rooms, Glen Duff, Ramsey. The decision was made by the Director of Planning under delegated powers on 15 December 2004. The officer's report confirmed that the proposed dwelling accorded with the size, height, and design conditions attached to an earlier approval in principle for the site. A condition limiting the occupation of the dwelling was considered necessary and was carried forward. The replacement shed was assessed as being very similar to the one it would replace, which supported its acceptability.
The application was approved by delegated decision. The proposed dwelling met the size, height, and design requirements set by an earlier approval in principle, and the replacement shed was found to be very similar to the existing one. A condition restricting who may occupy the dwelling was retained.
