Officer's Report
A timber framed garden room is proposed for hobby purposes at one end of the yard/garden area. It would measure 4m x 3.1 m and would have a sloping roof. This maximum roof height would be 3 metres. The tallest elevation would be the 'front' and would be fully glazed and would face into the yard area.
This would not have a detrimental impact on the character of the conservation area or impact adversely on surrounding properties.
