Officer's Report

It is proposed to replace 7 windows on the western and northern gables of Ballacallin House. The replacement windows are to be uPVC casement windows.

The property is not a conservation area and whilst in a prominent position at the top of Niarbyl Road, the alterations will not detract from the cottage. The windows on the front elevation were replaced with sliding sash under PA 02/625.
