Reasons For Refusal:
- The proposed garden shed would be sited on agricultural land, outside of the established domestic curtilage of the dwelling.
NOTE This decision of without prejudice to a further application for a shed sited within (or much closer to) the domestic curtilage (which should be defined in the application).
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
