(4) The proposed change of use must comply in all respects with the provisions of The Factories and Workshops Acts, 1909 to 1939, to the satisfaction of the Inspector of Factories and Workshops and the Planning Committee.
(5) Adequate provision must be made for the storage and collection of refuse to the satisfaction of the Onchan Village Commissioners and the Planning Committee.
(6) Adequate fire precautions must be taken to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee and the Chief Fire Staff Officer must be consulted PRIOR to the commencement of any works.
(7) No advertisement matter of any description shall be exhibited at these premises without the PRIOR written permission of the Planning Committee.
(8) The building must be kept in good condition and repair and regularly painted or similarly treated to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(9) Noise, smoke, vibration, dust, ash, grit, smell, discharge of effluent or other noxious emissions must not be permitted to emanate from the building to cause nuisance or detriment to the surrounding neighbourhood.
(10) There must be no outside storage of materials and the site must be kept in a clean and tidy condition to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee.
(11) This permission is in respect of the use of the premises as a plumbers' workshop and store for the period ending on the 20th June, 1975, by which date the temporary permitted use must cease.
NOTE: If it is the intention of the Applicant to continue such use of the premises after this date a new application must be submitted for consideration by the Planning Committee.
