The site represents the corner/end unit of industrial premises on the right as one enters Snugborough Trading Estate. Permission has recently been granted for the change of use of what was a factory to a furniture warehouse (04/1167).
Proposed here is the erection of signage on the front elevation. This takes the form of three separate signs with applied lettering. This is neither objectionable nor inappropriate.
