The proposed site is beneath road level, and is not visible from the adjacent railway line. It is a natural infill between Ellenbrook Farm Buildings and Woodville. It is approx 1/3 of 9.6 acres of Ellenbrook Farm, which is not viable for agriculture. It will consolidate and contribute to existing grouping of buildings centred around the Quines Hill Port Soderick Junction. The detailed application will include a comprehensive landscaping/ tree planting scheme to assist screening the proposed dwelling.
