I doubt there have been some changes in circumstances since the original condition was imposed in 1994. It is nevertheless apparent that, with 54 acres of agricultural land and a complex of businesses including a camp site, dog kennels, a gallery and a pot cemetery, there remains a need for on-site accommodation in association with the operation of these uses, in any case, there is not in the submitted application either.
(a) Evidence sufficient to demonstrate that there is no longer a need for on-site accommodation; or
(b) Evidence that there is no demand for the dwelling with the condition in place.
