Officer's Report
The site represents a small part of King William's College - a part located to the east of the main courtyard.
Proposed here is the erection of a large building for workshop purposes with staff facilities. The building will be 18m by 12m and 6m to the eaves and takes the form of a large agricultural shed.
Parts of King William's College are Registered (RB 185). This does not include this site but the Registered part is very close and may be affected by this structure.
Defer for consultation with the Conservation Section.
Additional
Having discussed this with Steve Moore and after the receipt of photographs from the architect, it is agreed that the application is acceptable and would not affect adversely the Registered Building.
