Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report The site represents a piece of land bounded by the AZ Ramsey Road, the MER, the public footpath leading between the two and the Western boundary of "South Court". Planning permission was granted in 1992 (92/1714) for the development of 3 plots, two of which have been erected. All 3 dwellings were to be accessed from the point. Permission was then granted under PA 61/0814 for the third dwelling. Despite DOT objecting, it was clear that this objection related to access onto the main road which is already in place. As such, the objection was not supported and the approval was granted. Do I requested a Renew but this Renew was apparently not received within the 21 days. As such, the approval remained valid. This latest application is a full, detailed one, not one for reserved matters, probably as the a.i.p. expired on 25.2.04. Signed Date #### Summary of objections/views As such, the principle may be queried although the reasons for not re-affirming the principle would need to be clear. Refer for DOT.
