DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE ENVIRONMENT – 04/1579 APPEAL AGAINST CONSTRUCTION OF 3 FIRST TIME BUYERS HOUSES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS, SITE AT CRANLEIGH VILLE, GLEN ROAD, LAXEY

In accordance with paragraph 8.2 of the above Order, the person appointed by the Governor in Council to consider this application has submitted his report.

After consideration the Governor in Council has accepted the recommendations contained in that report and the application is approved subject to the conditions attached to the report.

In accordance with paragraphs 8.3 (A) and (B), a copy of the appointed person’s report is enclosed.
