Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 04/01230/B
- The proposed conservatory by reason of its design would adversely affect the character and appearance of Ballacorlett farmhouse which is sited in an elevated and prominent position in relation to the A4 highway. The scenic value of the area would be harmed as a result.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to consider submitting an application which reflects the advice provided by the Conservation Officer following the refusal in respect of PA 02/666.
