- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers 2693/1, 2693/2 and 2693/3.
- Prior to the use of the garage in its new position, the vehicular access onto the highway should be formed as shown on drawing number 2693/2.
- Prior to the use of the garage in its new position, the existing vehicular gateway shall be blocked up in accordance with drawing number 2693/2.
NOTE The applicant is advised to discuss the means of escape from the first floor bedrooms with the Fire Safety Department.
