Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no. 01 rev 1 date stamped the 23rd August 2004 and drawing no.s 05, 06 and 07 date stamped the 30th June 2004.
- The six car parking spaces, as shown on drawing no. 01 rev 1 date stamped the 23rd August 2004, must be designated and maintained for the use of the three apartments hereby created by this approval.
NOTE The applicant/developer is advised that all flats must be registered and comply with the provisions of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982. It is recommended that the applicant/developer contact Ramsey Town Commissioners for application forms or advice regarding the registration of flats.
NOTE The applicant/developer is advised that the apartments created by this approval will fall within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996. As such the applicant/developer is recommended to consult the Flats Inspection Team at the Fire Safety Department.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
