The application seeks approval for the erection of two-storey extension on the side of a detached dwelling in Ramsey.
I consider the extension to be in keeping with the character of the existing dwelling and given the set back of the built development that its impact on the neighbouring property is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
