In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs P Eckersley
Proposal: Alterations and two storey extension to side of dwelling, and extension to patio and parking area
at: Rose Cottage Glen Chass Road Glen Chass Port St. Mary IM9 5PL
which was considered on 15 October 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates only to the erection of an extension to the dwelling as shown in drawing 0403/02, 0403/03 and 0403/04 all received on 17th May, 2004.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- Public sewerage crosses the site: this must be identified and protected from damage PRIOR to the commencement of works on site. No part of the development may come within three metres of this sewerage.
NOTE The Fire Officer recommends that the means of escape from the proposed first floor bedroom is inherently unsafe.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
