Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☐ YES ☑ NO The proposal is the demolition of the east car to the end of the Lasey Promenade and its replacement with 3 self contained units. The site is within the conservation area. The proposal takes the form of 'Beach nut' style accommodation. This presents garage doors to the promenade with accommodations over. The near elevation although admittedly not readily observed is very poor and should be revised. There is understanding an opportunity on my site to present a modern piece of architecture.
