AND COLD BE PLAT TO GOOD USE FOR PAKING MY VEHICLES. I AM BAKED IN LAYER AND THERE IS NO LOADS OF THESE PARTS THAT I KNOW OF IN THE AREA THE VEHICLE PARKS ON THIS SITE WOULD NOT INTERFACED OR OBSTRUCTIONAL. RECEIVED BE WAN ON VIRUS

- Whilst access to the site is physically possible and visibility at the junction of the lane and Bailaragh Road is of an acceptable standard, the width and quality of the lane leading to the site is considered unsuitable for the traffic and type of vehicles which would be generated by the proposed use.
- The use of the lane by such vehicles is likely to create a nuisance and inconvenience to other users of the lane.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (a)(b) of the Sale of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1582.
