Which was considered on 2 July 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- No adverts or signage may be displayed without first seeking and obtaining approval therefore under the Adverts Bye-laws.
- This approval relates to drawings which are numbered 04/GP/533/202G, /203C, /204A, /205A, /206C, /207A, /208B, and /209B, and which are date-stamped 29th June 2004.
NOTE Attention is drawn to the recommendations of the Environment Health Inspectorate, a copy of which is attached to this notice.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
