Officer's Report
Approval is sought to alter and extend 19 Ballachrink, Colby, by the conversion of the existing integral garage, conservatory and raised patio area to the rear and replacement window and patio doors. The alterations proposed would result in the creation of a "granny annexe" within the dwelling, which is considered acceptable, given the fact that the unit would be within the main dwelling.
Off street parking would remain and the proposal is considered to be acceptable and without detriment to visual or residential amenity.
