- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 18th April 2004.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The additional self-contained accommodation may be occupied in association with, and ancillary to the main dwelling only and not as a separate unit of residential accommodation.
NOTE The application states that the surface water from the proposed development is to be discharged to the "existing drainage". If this "existing drainage" discharges (directly or indirectly) to the foul sewerage system that it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.
NOTE Public sewerage crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development, may be constructed, nor any trees planted, within THREE metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
