In 1996, planning permission was granted for the conversion of this former dwelling at Shenvalley, Ballnahowe, Rushen to form an agricultural building. This application seeks approval to revert the building to its previous use with little alteration bar the raising of the roof, as has taken place on a nearby property in residential use.

I consider the proposal to be acceptable.
