In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr Roger Barrs
Proposal: Installation of an additional uPVC casement window on south gable elevation at: Ballakewin Old Farmhouse Foxdale Road Ballasalla IM9 3ET which was considered on 8 April 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- any appeal has been completed.
