   Condition 1

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Prior to the commencement of building operations, there must be erected a barrier which will protect the boundary hedge from damage during construction works; should there be any such damage, this must be remedied by appropriate replanting once construction has finished.

   Condition 3

   The principal means of entry to, and the means of escape in the event of fire from the workshop must be suitable for use by unassisted wheelchair users.
