Update for Planning Committee Site: Cronkdhoo, Main Road, Greeba. Application: PA 04/281 Amendments to cattery building approved under PA 01/2682. Refused at Appeal 5th January 2005 Previous Application: PA 01/2682 Erection of cattery building, Cronkdhoo Farm. Approved at Appeal 18th December 2002. ### For consideration Scheme submitted to satisfy the requirement of decision notice to remove works (drawing number 3925/R1). All parties now notified of scheme. There has been no response from the German Parish Commissioners. Mr and Mrs Cowin from Ash Cottage ask for assurances that the building will not be used as living accommodation. - The rear wall and side walls are to remain as built on site. This differs slightly from the approved drawings. - The front wall as built is to be taken down and built on line of approved front elevation. - The roof trusses will be removed and built as approved. The pitch will also be as approved. ### Recommendation Approve. Notwithstanding the change in the positioning of the building.
