The site comprises the curtilage of a detached bungalow on Woodlands Avenue. Proposed is a conservatory at the rear:- 7.1 m wide deep.
No impact on public amenity. Perhaps some impact on "The Pines", but none which could not be mitigated by 2 m boundary fencing/walling. There is not in fact a South Western elevation, but the "perspective view" is reasonably clear.
