Officer Planning Report Recommendation

It is proposed to extend an existing agricultural building at Ballotriplenic Farm, Ballotriplenic Railway. The farm is located across a line at opposite 4 residential dwellings. The occupiers of one of these dwellings has objected to the development which they consider would adversely affect their residential amity. The farm is existing & established & located in a rural area & would be used for raising cattle during the winter & feed & making dung the summer. Given the orientation of the dwellings & the distance from the residential properties to the farm, the proposal is considered to be acceptable. Signed Date 20/2/04
