Amazing Glazing Ltd Unit 16 Hills Meadow Peel Road Douglas In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr And Mrs Lightfoot
Proposal: Installation of uPVC windows to replace existing to front elevation (Retrospective) at: Lauderdale Strang Road Union Mills Braddan IM4 4NL which was considered on 26 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows as shown in the drawings received on 23rd January, 2004.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
