- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers: $4962-01 \mathrm{Rev}$ B; and 4962-02, submitted and date stamped 27th January 2004.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE There are no known existing surface water sewers within the area. The applicant is required to establish where the existing surface water from the property is disposed and discuss this matter with the Drainage Division prior to work commencing on site.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
