In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr. P. Eastment Conversion of dwelling to 3 apartments, demolition of outbuildings and creation of 2 rear parking spaces, 14 Mona Street, Douglas, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule and numbered 1 to 3 inclusive.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The proposed parking area must be completed and available for use before any of the flats is occupied.
- This approval relates to drawing number 03/04/01 which is date stamped 2nd December 2003.
NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult - (a) the Fire Safety Department in relation to the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996; and (b) the Environmental Health Inspectorate in relation to - (i) the proposed demolition in terms of the Building Control Act 1991; and (ii) the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982.
NOTE: For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority's Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.
