This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
This approval relates to the site location plan date stamped the 10th December 2003 and drawing no's 0449/1/1 and 0449/1/2 date stamped the 28th June 2004.
This approval shall be for the benefit of Mr W S Brew only.
The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in the locality in agriculture, or a widow or widower of such a person and to any resident dependants.
Any subsequent reserved matters planning application must propose a dwelling designed in accordance with policies 1-7 (inclusive) of Planning Circular 3/91 - Guide to the Design of Residential Development in the Countryside.
Any subsequent reserved matters planning application must include full details of visibility splays and sight lines for vehicular access and egress to and from the application site.
