In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: G G H Equestrian Centre

Extension to provide a refreshment area Riding School Building Ballacallin Beg Foxdale Road Garth Crosby Douglas IM4 2HN which was considered on 3 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to plan numbers $033 / 03 / 01$ and $03 / 03 / 02$ and the supporting letter submitted on 18th December 2003.
- The facility hereby approved must be used in association with the existing riding school and equestrian activities at Ballacallin Mooar. The sale of goods must be limited to equestrian related products only, in the area shown on drawing $033 / 03 / 01$.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
