Re: Planning Application 03/1920 - Ballarobin, Grenaby Road, Ballabeg. The Manx Loaghtan Sheep Produce Co. Amendment to approved farm buildings renovation (01/01979B) to provide natural slate roofing instead of metal sheeting.

The Commissioners thank you for your application form, together with enclosures, which they discussed at their Planning Meeting, held on Tuesday 20 January 2004.

The Commissioners wish to inform you that they have no objection to this Planning Application, however they would require to see conditions attached to the approval that the building must be used solely for agricultural purposes, not for residential use at any time, and the main purpose is for the storage of skins and animal products.
