- The development her by permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The existing agricultural structures on the site which will not be utilised in the proposed development must be removed from the site prior to the completion of building works.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6)(b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
