Application no. 03/01745/B Site visited YES Planning report and recommendations General report The application is for elevational amendments to two previously approved apartment blocks on Fairway Drive in Ramsey. Planning application 01/0884 was approved initially, at review and on appeal. The amendments comprise of changes to the entrance porch, windows and door style revisions, changes to brickwork, the addition of small balconies and the reduction of the overall ridge height by 0.7 metres. The principle of the two apartment blocks was established by the previous application. Details relating to access, landscaping, etc should be linked by condition to the previous application. The various amendments are considered to be relatively minor and do not constitute any reason for refusal. Summary of objections/views Ramsey TC - no objections DoT- objection on the grounds that there insufficient information to assess the proposal. 7 Fairway Drive (L F Fisher) - objection on the grounds of over development and loss of visible aspect.
