The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This approval relates to elevational amendments to the two apartments as shown in drawing no.s 716/00/11 rev D, 716/00/12 rev D and 716/00/21 rev B date stamped 18th November 2003.
For the avoidance of doubt this approval only relates to elevational amendments to the two apartment blocks. This approval must be read in conjunction with conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 of planning permission 01/0884, which also applies to this application.
