- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The accommodation may be used only as tourist accommodation.
- This approval relates to the conversion of the existing barn to tourist accommodation as shown in drawings reference 003 and 004 received on 2nd October 2003.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
