Re. 03/01456/A Approval in principle for the use of a former swimming pool and associated area as a scuba teaching facility, Traie Meanagh Pool, Traaie Meanagh Drive

Common lizards, protected by the Wildlife Act 1990, have been recorded at the proposed development site. DAFF recommend that a plan for the protection of the lizards is drawn up in conjunction with the detailed planning application. The Wildlife and Conservation Office are available for consultation with regard to the protection of the lizards.
