- The proposed extension by reason of its size and design would detract from the appearance of the dwelling within the streetscene and result in an imbalance in the appearance of this pair of properties and appear overly dominant in relation to The Cronk.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
