Rehue 6/1/04 ## Planning report and recommendations ### General report The application is for approval in principle for the erection of a dwelling on land between The Rhulick and Holly Bank in Sulby. The submitted plan only shows the area of land proposed for the new dwelling and does not indicate any means of access and egress. The applicant has stated that the new dwelling is for one of their grandchildren. The application is not zoned for residential development and as such the proposal is contrary to policy. ### Summary of objections/views DoT - no objection subject to conditions SPMCE - objection on the grounds of the land not being zoned for development. Lezayre PC - objection on the grounds of the land not being zoned for development. Water Authority - note required. ### Recommendations I recommend that the application be refused. Signed D.
