Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report Site Visited YES/NO The application is for the various commitments to a previous application (02/02080/8) for alterations and extension to Ballachusvany Farm Cottage in Andreas. The amendments have broken since work on the previous application has been commenced and problems encountered with the fabric of the building and its structural integrity. This application addresses the reliability of a number of walls and slightly increase the size of the rear extension. Prior to the commencement of any works the property was considered to have its habitable status and accordingly the whole property could have been dissatisfied and replaced with a new dwelling. Instead of doing this the applicant has tried to work with the existing building but has unfortunately run into unforeseen problems. They remedied works are considered to be acceptable and do not determinally impact on the development of the relatively remote dwelling within the countryside.
