- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The gate pillars at the junction of the new driveway with the main road must match those existing alongside serving Kerrow ny Glough.
- The windows in the proposed dwelling must be sliding sash, irrespective of material.
- All hedges must be built as traditional Manx sod banks in accordance with Planning Circular 1/98.
- Prior to the commencement of works, details of the finish (including colours) must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee. A self coloured render may be used but white and bright colours must be avoided, in order to allow the proposed new dwelling to blend sensitively with the landscape.
- The rooflights must be heritage style.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
