Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report Site Visited YES/NO The application is for approval in principle for the conversion of the basement and ground floor of a former hotel on Moncayh Prom in Ramsey into six residential units. Although the application is only AIP I am not convinced that six units could be suitably created that accord with the provisions of Planning Circular 2/88. This was put to the applicant who seemed to agree and was happy with the creation of three units. I recommend refusal of the application without prejudice to an application for three units. Signed A.
