Proposal: creation of fire exit door and steps to west elevation at: Flat 2 Bradda Court Bradda Road Port Erin IM9 6PQ which was considered on 2 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 4th September 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
