Memorandum

Dear Jo,

I would like to submit the following comments from Freshwater Fisheries:-

03/01265/B

To avoid sedimentation and siltation of the stream during and after construction, and to retain a river corridor for wildlife, the cycle track facility must be a minimum of 8 metres from the bank of the stream.

03/01254/B

This site is located nearby the Cornaa River and immediately upstream of the Government Fish Hatchery. Care must be taken to avoid spillages into the river during transportation of materials to the site. Please inform John Ballard at the Hatchery on proposed dates of construction. Measures must be in place to ensure no run off to the river during and after construction.

03/01273/B

Measures must be in place to ensure no run off to the nearby river both during and after construction.
