Proposal: Creation of a cycle fun track facility on site adjacent to existing at: skate park area Marown Playing Fields Old Church Road Crosby Douglas IM4 2HA
Which was considered on 22 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the creation of a cycle track as shown in drawing reference AH/BMX/01 Rev 1 received on 11th September 2003.
- The engineering operations to create the track may not be undertaken within 8 m of the stream in order to avoid sedimentation and siltation of the stream during and after construction.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
