Reasons For Refusal

- It is considered that the proposal by reason of the elevational treatment and extensions proposed does not demonstrate the retention of the character and appearance of the buildings. The proposal would therefore be contrary to the provisions of Planning Circular 3/89 - Renovation of Buildings in the countryside.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
