In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs C Kirkham

which was considered on 17 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number 630.1 , submitted as part of this application and date stamped 22nd September 2003.
- Approval is granted to the construction of a boundary wall of a height not to exceed 1 m above mean ground level.
NOTE It is noted that the surface water from the property is to be discharged via a soakaway. The applicant is advised that the Drainage Division would not give permission for the discharge of surface water into the existing foul system and an alternative means of disposal would have to be sought. Any changes to the approved drainage proposals for this development must be discussed with the Department of Transport Drainage Division prior to any work commencing on site.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
