Proposed are alterations to create accommodation within the food space. Large dinners would be necessary on both the red and black dinners due to the existing food slope. 4. Number 8 Starkey Mount has a hot food dinner to the red and black which appeals at or keeping with the rest of the terrace. 5. The dinners were explained under $4,1550 but this was before the designation of the Conservation Area. 6.
