The plans for the proposed development have been inspected and the Drainage Division of the Department of Transport requests that the following comment(s) be passed to your Planning Committee:

It is noted that the surface water from the proposed conservatory will be disposed via a 'water butt'; the applicant must ensure that there will be no overflow from the proposed 'water butt' to any foul drainage systems so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division.

Any changes to the approved drainage proposals for this development must be discussed with the Department of Transport Drainage Division prior to any work commencing on site.

In the event that this application is approved I should be grateful if these comments could be incorporated in the approval notice.
